Evan is a highly skilled policy development and procurement expert with over 15 years of senior level government experience. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and History, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in public policy. Prior to leaving government for the private sector in 2024, he was presented with the Premier’s Award for Excellence in the Public Service.
