Jeffrey Londono - Founder & CEO
Jeffrey has a decade-long journey in federal contracting. His influence spans from MacDill Air Force Base to SAMMY conventions, forging valuable connections in the military contractor community. He identified a problem: many businesses lacked bid submission knowledge, leading him to create FGA in 2021. FGA focuses on registrations and SBA certifications, helping small businesses compete in federal contracts.
As a New York-born entrepreneur of Hispanic heritage, Jeffrey empathizes with minority-owned businesses, assisting them in obtaining SBA certifications. His mantra is clear: “If you’re not submitting, you’re not winning.” FGA is a true partner, believing government contracts can transform businesses of all sizes.

Jhon Londono - Chief Financial Officer
Jhon Londono brings over 15 years of strategic financial leadership to our executive team. As Chief Financial Officer, Jhon oversees all aspects of financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency to support sustainable growth and innovation.
With a background spanning corporate finance, business strategy, and compliance, Jhon has successfully led finance teams through periods of rapid expansion and transformation. His forward-thinking approach ensures that the company remains agile, resilient, and fiscally sound in a dynamic marketplace.
Prior to joining our team, Jhon held senior finance roles across multiple industries, where he built a reputation for transparent leadership, analytical rigor, and a strong commitment to performance-driven results. He holds a degree in Finance and is a trusted advisor to both executive stakeholders and operational teams.

Darrell is a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive with 25+ years in sales management. He’s achieved significant revenue in competitive markets and excels in business development, organizational development, and performance management. His strengths include presentation, negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural skills. He’s known for building high-performing sales teams and devising effective strategies.
Darrell holds an MBA, BA, and BS, and his expertise encompasses corporate leadership, startup and turnaround success, expanding markets and accounts, CRM proficiency, consultative sales management, strategic planning, and client acquisition and retention. His career has a strong focus on electronic contracts and relationship management.
Weston Zloty, M.B.A - Director of Technology & CMMC
Weston Zloty serves as FGA’s Director of Technology and CMMC Compliance Specialist, bringing a strong background in data systems, federal cybersecurity, and compliance strategy. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Cybersecurity Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on statistical research. Weston’s expertise includes interpreting and implementing NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 1 and 2 requirements, helping contractors meet evolving cybersecurity standards.
In addition to his compliance work, Weston specializes in drafting and developing IT-focused federal proposals, translating complex technical concepts into clear, competitive narratives. Prior to joining FGA, he served as Data Manager at Tampa Preparatory School, where he led data architecture, reporting, and security initiatives across the organization. With advanced skills in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL, Weston creates data-driven systems that enhance operational clarity and regulatory alignment. His mission is to simplify cybersecurity and proposal processes—empowering clients to grow confidently within the federal space.

In her Current role at Federal Government Advisors, LLC, Daniela Colina serves as a Leader in the bid team life cycle and Procurement Specialist, leveraging her expertise to streamline procurement processes and optimize supplier relationships. she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness,ensuring compliance with federal regulations and standards. She has won over $200 Million dollars in total government contracting obligations for small businesses.
